Brazil‘s ECA (Statute of Children and Adolescents Law) is an example of well meant liberal political correctness run amok. No matter how many horrendous crimes a minor commits, s/he will only be sent for educational measures of a maximum three years, and will receive a clean police record after age 18.

Children can have careers in organized crime as executioners and murderers. The liberal law guarantees them virtual impunity. Here is an especially extreme case:

The teenager accused of double murder in Marazion, was arrested provisionally and will be held for 45 days. After that date, if the process is not judged in a timely manner, he will be released. Teen killer

It is absolutely impossible to get a verdict in 45 days. The police inquiry alone takes longer. He already has accusations for other murders that still are in the phase of police inquiry.

Now if he were judged and convicted, the most he could get is: three years of educational measures and his criminal past wiped clean after age 18 (or 2?).

Liberal political correctness is a crime against honest law abiding people. Imagine you contract a 21-year old after getting a clean police background check. But in reality he has killed half a dozen people, but his record has been wiped clean, as required by law!

There is no prison for minors. Only educational measures. From what I remember, career criminals will be mixed with truants, orphans and other harmless children, under the pretense that this will be good for the criminals. In reality, of course, it seriously damages the good children.

The minor was sent to the Educational Center of passare, remaining until  passage of the stated time [of 45 days]. The internation was ordered by District Judge Maranguape. Teen killer

“The ECA (Statute of the Child and Adolescent) came to protect and ultimately benefit juvenile delinquents. The statute is turning teenagers into proxies of crime,” states the judge of the Fifth Child and Youth Court in Fortaleza, Manuel Clístenes de Façanha e Gonçalves.

According to the magistrate recidivism is very high, and the crimes tend to be more severe, every time the boys re-offend.

No wonder. A criminal gets caught, is treated with velvet gloves, and then released. As most prisons, the detention centers in Brazil are rough on petty criminals and heaven for hardened, tough strong and well-connected career criminals.

So once he got the official confirmation that even when caught, he will not be punished, that was the best reinforcement he can have. Yes, the petty criminal who stole a chocolate can benefit from such measures. But not the paid executioner of a drug gang who gets 300 dollars for one murder.

He points out that minors do not take seriously the measures imposed by the Child and Adolescent Statute.

Of course. 40 days of humane internment, mixed with harmless non-criminal children and free food and shelter. For murder. And only when caught. A summer camp! And, of course, the criminal’s name and identity is kept secret.

“The ‘safe passage’ that exists in the minds of minors was installed by the ECA, which is not being able to resolve the situation. It is a law that imposes no fear, no sense of responsibility,” the judge regrets Cleisthenes.

In Greater Fortaleza, summary executions committed by minors are determined by the ‘heads’ of trafficking

The cold and determined account is given by a boy of just 14 years, seized by the police on the morning of last Wednesday (May 2nd) in the Municipality of Marazion, in the Metropolitan Region of Fortaleza. Anderson (real name) is in his early teens, but it carries on his back charges of at least eight murders and two attempted murders and assaults. The last two crimes of death attributed to Anderson occurred on the morning prior to his arrest in that city.

Seized along with others accused of involvement in two murders, Anderson showed all his coolness. He confessed involvement in the crime and revealed the police that he had received in exchange for the executions, the murder weapon and the amount of R $ 500 reais [US$ 280]. He showed no regret. The mastermind who ordered the crime was also arrested in the police operation.
Cases like the ‘boy’ Anderson are not rare in the scenario of rising crime in the country involving teenagers and even children.
At just 14 years, the boy has killed several people, did not play dumb before police, .He promised to kill more,and  sure will be free of all criminal records when he reaches the legal age (18 years).

The Brazilian Supreme Court has awarded US$110,000 of moral damages to a daughter who felt emotionally abandoned and felt treated as second-class by her father. The court dismissed the father’s defense that this emotional abandonment was caused by the mother’s aggressive behavior. Also, the paternity of the now-adult daughter was only officially established recently.

Such legal liability is now in the process of being incorporated into the ECA statute of adolescent and children’s rights.

The intent of giving emotional support is noble. Human-Stupidity deplores the overcriminalization and total regulamentation of all aspects of human behavior under the threat of heavy civil liabilities.

Due to the importance of such decisions to libertarians and the men’s rights (and feminist) movements, we have translated two newspaper articles in their entirety.

SAO PAULO – The Third Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) ordered a father to pay R$200 thousand [US$ 110,000] to his daughter for “emotional distance.” The decision is unprecedented. In 2005, the Fourth Chamber of the Supreme Court had rejected moral damages for emotional distance.

The case judged originates from São Paulo. The author of the case obtained judicial recognition of paternity and filed suit against the father because he had suffered material and emotional neglect during childhood and adolescence. The trial judge dismissed the petition and attributed the father’s distance to “aggressive behavior” of her mother towards the father. The woman appealed to the appeals court and said the father was “wealthy and prosperous.” The Court of São Paulo (TJSP) reversed the judgment and set the compensation for R$415,000.

On appeal to the Supreme Court, the father argued that there was no abandonment, and even if he had done so, there would be illegal to be financially indemnified and the only possible punishment for failing with such obligations fathers would be the loss of family power.

Minister Nancy Andrighi, the of the court’s third chamber, however, understood that it is possible to demand compensation for moral damage caused by emotional abandonment by parents. “Love is optional, care is duty,” she said in the sentence. For her, there is no reason to treat the damage to family relationships differently from other civil damages.

“Many, based on axioms that focus on the existence of special circumstances in family relationships – feelings and emotions – many deny the possibility to indemnify or compensate for damage arising from failure of parental obligations parents have to fulfill,” said the minister. “However, in family law there are no legal restrictions on the application of the rules relating to liability and the consequent duty to indemnify / compensate.”

The minister pointed out that moral damages in family relationships may involve subjective questions, such as affection, sorrow or love, making it difficult to identify the elements that traditionally compose the material damage indemnifiable: damage, the authors fault and causation. However, it is understood that parenthood carries objective omotional bonds with legal consequences and constitutional minimum duties to be fulfilled.

“Here we do not talk or discuss love but rather the biological and legal enforcement of caring, which is a legal duty, a consequence of the freedom of people to generate or adopt children,” the minister argued.

In the analyzed case, the minister stressed that her daughter has overcome the emotional difficulties causedtreatment as “second class daughter,” who was not offered the same conditions for further development that was given to the later born children. Not while presumption of paternity was “evident,” nor after the judicial recognition of paternity.

The daughter finally gained employment, founded a family with children and was able to “grow reasonably right.” However, the feelings of hurt and sorrow she endured, caused by parental neglect can be characterizing as damage. The amount of compensation set by the lower court TJ-SP, however, was considered high by the supreme STJ, which reduced it to R$ 200,000 [US$ 110 000], a figure that should be inflation adjusted since November 26, 2008, trial date by the court in São Paulo.1

BRASILIA – The Committee on Constitution, Justice and Citizenship (CCJ) approved on Wednesday, a change in the Child and Adolescent Statutes (ECA) to enforce financial reparation of damage by a child’s father or mother who fails to provide emotional support to children, be it by the living together, or by periodic visits.

The text states that the non-custodial parent of the child or adolescent will be required, by the Civil Code, not only to visit and accompany him or her, but also to watch their financial maintenance and education.

In addition to the duties of financial support, custody and education of minor children, the proposal amends the ECA statutes to also demand of parents the duty of having presence in their children’s life and giving material and moral assistance. It is important to stress that this aspect will be considered in the judgments of having given up guardianship and having suspended or given up family rights.

Elementary school principals will have the responsibility to inform the child protection agency in cases of neglect, emotional abuse or emotional abandonment. The current law requires educators to report only cases of physical abuse of students, repeated unjustified absences, high levels of repetition of school years and school dropout.

Socialist Hollande triumphs in French presidential poll, thanks to Nafissatou Diallo and feminist rape and harassment laws.

Hollande had already declared he would run against Strauss-Kahn in the Socialist primary race last year when Strauss-Kahn’s political career was cut short by allegations he had assaulted and attempted to rape the New York hotel worker Nafissatou Diallo. Charges against Strauss-Kahn were eventually dropped, with prosecutors citing “substantial credibility issues” with the alleged victim. 1

Nafissatou Diallo had accused Dominique Strauss-Kahn of rape. Feminist pressure has dismantled due process specifically in rape accusations. So Dominique Strauss-Kahn was imprisoned upon a mere unproven and uncorroborated accusation. Were he a mere mortal without a million-dollar dream team of lawyers, investigators, and bail payments, he probably would not have escaped and spent decades in prison. But still, his career was over. Thanks to this unproven accusation by Nafissatou Diallo, a proven liar and embezzler. Add to this some other accusations of improper and somewhat aggressive pursuit of women. Such harassment laws, also espoused by feminists, protect women from the terrible trauma of being pursued with too much zeal by men.

Human-Stupidity keeps wondering why feminism is not about female empowerment, about finding the inner strength so they could deal with verbal behavior without needing protection of a police state.

Were it not for Nafissatou Diallo, and feminist rape and harassment legislation, Strauss Kahn would have remained his party’s favorite and is likely to have been in the race and might have become French president. Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s arrest paved the way for a goal that had long eluded the political career of 57-year-old French Socialist François Hollande: to square off against President Nicolas Sarkozy in next month’s election. The International Monetary Fund got a different chief with different policy regarding the Euro. A hedge fund manager could have made Billions had he foreseen Strauss-Kahn‘s arrest and the subsequent fluctuations of the exchange rate.  Many powerful men have been marred and destroyed by women’s allegations.

Young men raging with high testosterone levels make the bravest and most heroic fighters. The same hormones cause these soldiers to have high sex drives.

These war heroes, ready to die for their country, are taken overseas and kept away from women, confined among men, for months on end. Pent-up sexuality due to such anti-prostitution policies may cause higher rates of harassment, date rape, and forcible rape. Young immature soldiers may embark on premature marriages, whose consequences and failures will come to financially and emotionally haunt the men for the rest of their life. Heterosexual men might reluctantly engage in homosexuality just to relieve pressure, similar to prisoners’ situations.

Women are now allowed in the armed forces. Harassment charges prevent soldiers from joking and bonding like they used to for millennia. Add to this the danger of date rape accusations or false rape charges and the low level of evidence needed to be convicted of rape.

All this might sap the morale of troops, reduce fighting capacity and discourage army enrollment.

18 USC § 1384 prohibits American military from soliciting prostitutes. Adult men, ready to die for their country, but not allowed to take care of their pent-up sexual urges. One year in prison for visiting a legal brothel and helping the local economy? High testosterone levels make men courageous fighters, and make them more sexual.

For what reasons, and to what deleterious effects does the US government interference in the life of millions, preventing them from perusing legal sex work in other countries?

We don’t outlaw soldiers’ use of iPhones or Nike sneakers under threat of imprisonment, just because there are some irregularities in their factories.

Instead, we try to solve the problem. We inspect companies, encourage them to engage in fair labor practices. Similarly, we could encourage correct practices in prostitution.

• Blackmailing of US personnel by foreign agents is less of a danger when prostitution visits are legal. One year prison terms with dishonorable discharge makes any soldier that ever visited a prostitute a potential target of blackmail. Even those who do not frequent prostitutes can be blackmailed with threats of false accusations of prostitution. Any girlfriend, any prostitute he did not hire can allege he offered or gave her money.
• Health problems, VD can be controlled by information and careful sexual practices.
• Sex trafficking is mostly a lie. Where it exists, it can usually be fought by legalizing prostitution and work visas for willing qualified foreign prostitutes.

Unfortunately, Schopenbecq seems right again: the feminist sexual trade union wants to raise the price of sex, so women can get the maximum benefit and commitment out of men, in exchange for sex and promises of sex.

All other arguments are phony excuses backed by exaggerated and falsified data. Remember Robert Kurzban’s research about finding non-existent victims to justify our pre-conceived beliefs.

How does prohibition of prostitution in general, but especially in military personnel deployed overseas, cause problems?

What is the impact on military men (and civilians) if all their sexual outlets get cut off systematically, under the threat of imprisonment? Does this:

Anyone has information and links on Northern European countries sponsoring visits to prostitutes for social security recipients as a means for emotional health? There should be some research backing such policies.

It’s only quite recently that prostitution has been specifically addressed in military law. It also violates the Secret Service code of conduct. That’s why last week’s scandal in Colombia is damaging careers and ending some while raising questions about human trafficking.

Distortion of scientific research and outright lies, perpetrated by feminist ideologues and religious zealots, thus has serious impact. Lies about trafficking, lies about how women can not intentionally choose to be prostitutes justify laws that are world-changing. Seriously restrict freedom and happiness of men, and seriously restrict the freedom of women to pursue money and happiness with honest work.

It makes no difference if prostitution is legal – as it is in parts of Colombia, near the largest NATO base in Germany, parts of Nevada, and other areas around the world where thousands of US service personnel are posted – purchasing sex still is outlawed by the US military. 2

Troops say proposed UCMJ change unfair in prostitution-legal Germany

RHEIN-MAIN AIR BASE, Germany — Troops stationed in Germany are seeing red over the Pentagon’s proposal to add an anti-prostitution charge to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and it’s not just the glow from the local red light district.

Military personnel and their families on Rhein Main Air Base, only minutes from one of the largest red light districts in the world, are angered by the Department of Defense announcement to change the UCMJ. Those interviewed largely agree that Germany is not the place to enforce such a law.

Unlike other overseas military installations across the world where sex trade and human trafficking runs rampant, in Germany, prostitution is legal. There are licensed brothels, called Eros Center, where working girls can rent their own rooms for the day. There are no madames.

Germany women choose prostitution as a profession and are taxed as regular workers, according to Frankfurt Web sites.

“Where are we talking about?” asked Pfc. Marty Conyers of the 464th Replacement Detachment on Rhein-Main when asked if troops should be punished by one-year confinement and a dishonorable discharge if convicted for paying for sex. Conyers said the anti-prostitution law would be unfair to troops in Germany, because it is legal here.

Army Sgt. Adam Z. Pastor, who just arrived at the replacement detachment on Rhein-Main and is waiting to go to his next unit, agreed, saying the addition to the UCMJ would be “harsh.”

“It would be different if it were some third-world country that had no jobs and no opportunity, and women were forced into it,” Pastor said. “It’s a little bit pushy to enforce that law here.”

He added that if DOD officials were making the addition for safety reasons, they should think again. “Right off the bat, if it’s an issue of safety, there are condoms and stuff like that that soldiers can use.”

Spc. Tasha Smith added that the working women in Germany are regularly tested, so there should be nothing stopping troops from using Eros Centers if they choose to.

“It’s a legal job, and if a girl wants to make money that way, she should be able to get her customers,” Smith said.

‘Juicy bars’ said to be havens for prostitution aimed at U.S. military

Prostitution and indentured servitude are everyday realities at many of these popular hangouts for American soldiers, according to past and present bar girls, many of whom were enticed from the Philippines to work in the South Korean bars with false promises that they could earn legitimate incomes as singers and entertainers.

“If you don’t sell a lot of drinks, [the bar owners] are going to push you to go out with a customer to make money,” said Jenny, a former bar girl who asked not to be fully identified. “I was shocked the first night I worked there.”

And it’s all happening right under the noses of U.S. military officials and the South Korean and Philippine governments, women’s advocacy groups assert.

“Three governments are to be blamed for their irresponsibility,” said Yu Young-nim, director of My Sister’s Place, a social service agency that helps Philippine bar girls forced into prostitution in South Korea. “The Philippine government for not working hard to create job opportunities for its poor people, the Korean government for not managing and controlling jobs [given to immigrants] and the U.S. government for neglecting its responsibility to supervise its soldiers and for not helping these victims.”

Officially, none of what often transpires inside the juicy bars is supposed to be happening.

The U.S. Department of Defense has a strict policy against prostitution and human trafficking that requires military officials to “deter activities of DoD Service members, civilian employees, indirect hires” and others “that would facilitate or support [sex trafficking] domestically and overseas.”

And in practice, U.S. military officials have long placed South Korean “glass houses,” where prostitutes sit in storefronts like meat hanging in a butcher shop window, off-limits.

But no such blanket prohibition exists for juicy bars, despite their history of trouble. About 50 entertainment establishments — U.S. officials don’t identify juicy bars or use the term — have been declared no-go zones for U.S. Forces Korea personnel due to prostitution and human trafficking violations. Another 19 outside Osan Air Base were almost added to that list earlier this year for similar reasons before they collectively agreed to clean up their acts.

The police were called, the justice secretary office of the state of São Paulo opened an inquiry into the crime of racism against a stand up comedian (1). One owner of the nightclub was arrested and released on bail. The nightclub might get closed down. Sanitary authorities were called and the nightclub’s kitchen was closed. An alien kitchen worker was sent home to get his documentation.

The Crime: A Racist Joke

The crime? Black comedian Felipe Hamachi had called a black musician “monkey.” At a comedy show where all guests had signed a waiver, that they are aware that they can be the target of offensive humor and jokes. The musician was not a paying guest and had not signed the waiver. Rather he worked in the show, but had mingled with the paying public. Legal officials stated that the waiver was legally invalid, as nobody can sign away their human rights. A comedian who cannot make jokes without offending a large portion of the population should change his profession.

At the very beginning of his 911 call, Zimmerman tells the operator that there have been a lot of break-ins recently.  In fact, there were eight burglaries in the previous fifteen months.  Where the intruders were identified, most were young black males, including two who invaded the home of a young mother and tried to break into the bedroom she had locked herself into with her infant son.  This must have been a terrifying experience, but it was not of interest to the MSM.  Zimmerman met with the woman afterward.

Between 1976 and 2005, African-Americans, 12.6% of the population in the last census, committed 52.2% of all homicides.

That is, over the 30-year period, African-Americans committed murder at about 7.33 times the white rate.  (Whites here include Hispanics.)

Of homicides committed by strangers, on average, 18.77% involved blacks killing whites, while in 5.08% of the cases, whites killed blacks. African-Americans were therefore nearly 3.7 times more likely to kill a white than a white to kill a black.

Actually, it is worse if you look at the criminality of the individual person. There are about 5.6 times more whites (72.4%) then blacks (12.6%). So very few blacks kill 3.7 times more whites then five times as many whites kill Blacks. Thus, an individual black is about twenty times more likely to kill a white then an individual white is to kill a black person.  And considering that Hispanic whites commit a larger percentage of crime then non-Hispanic whites (63.7%) the numbers get even bigger compared to non-Hispanic Whites.

My math might be off. It looks like Blacks are “only” seven times more likely to kill whites, compared to whites killing blacks (homicide tables). It would be interesting to find the table that separates the Hispanic and the non-Hispanic whites.

So racial profiling is totally justified. Yes, blacks kill blacks too, and certainly honest reputable blacks are afraid of adolescent gang toughs and probably strive to avoid and fear a group of blacks more then a group of whites.  In spite of alleged racism that would make Blacks fear Whites.

To provide some raw numbers, in 2005, the last year for which the DOJ statistics are available, 10,285 African-Americans committed murders.  As 8.8% of these were “black on white,” there were, assuming only one death per murderer, 905 whites killed, almost 2.5 per day.  In the same year, again assuming one killing per perpetrator, 267 blacks were murdered by whites (3.2% of 8,350 killings).

Crime is a young man’s métier.  The vast majority of the 52.2% of U.S. murders committed by African-Americans are the work of the roughly 2% of the population who are black males between the ages of 15 and 25.

Not if you scroll down to the comments in local papers below stories of murders, like this one on March 31.

Not if you judge by demographic trends since the 1960s.

But this is a subject that cannot be mentioned by the national media.  With rare exceptions, when blacks kill whites, it’s local news.

One of the exceptions was Eve Carson, student body president of UNC, killed by two African-American men on March 5, 2008.  Another white student, Lauren Burk, a freshman at Auburn, was kidnapped and killed by a black man the day before, but because of Carson’s position, her record of public service and academic accomplishments, and, no doubt, her attractiveness, the story was picked up. American Thinker

Black on white crime is routinely whitewashed, the race hidden behind the euphemism “man beat up by group of youths.” So readers get the wrong impression.

Blacks are much more likely than nonblacks to have an opinion about Zimmerman’s guilt. Overall, 72% of blacks say Zimmerman is definitely or probably guilty of a crime; 1% say he is not. Nonblacks also say Zimmerman is guilty, by 32% to 7%, but well over half of nonblacks say Zimmerman’s guilt is unclear from the available information.

Blacks are more certain about their opinions than are nonblacks. Blacks who say Zimmerman is guilty of a crime are significantly more likely to say he is definitely guilty than probably guilty, while nonblacks tilt more toward the “probably guilty” choice.

Additionally, 72% of blacks say racial bias was a major factor in the events that led up to the shooting death of Martin, with another 13% saying it was a minor factor. Nonblacks, on the other hand, are significantly less certain, with 31% saying racial bias was a major factor, 26% saying it was a minor factor, and 25% saying it was not a factor at all Gallup

Human-Stupidity Analysis: Different Attitudes by Race (Which Doesn’t Exist)

Amazing how white and black Americans have totally different perceptions. The truth can only be one, and the same evidence is known to all. Are racist whites biased and unjustly anti-Black?

Or maybe blacks (and liberals) have been taught that blacks are always victims and never responsible for bad things that happen to them. Not for lower educational and financial attainment of blacks, their higher criminality. There always is a white repressor to blame. “I am misbehaving and having bad school results because there was slavery in 1860.” If it is possible to distort the scientific race and IQ discussion, how much easier is it to get a distorted view of a criminal case? As a matter of fact, whites hide and distort black criminal tendencies. So, if anything, whites already are biased in favor of blacks. Add to this the proven lower IQ of blacks, which makes it more difficult to understand complex issues and see through Al Sharpton’s manipulations.

Of course, media manipulation, like selective editing of the 911 call to make Zimmerman look racist, using four year old photos of Trayvon when he was 12 and a mug shot of Zimmerman when he weighed 50(?) lbs. more easily serves to get people up in arms against Zimmermann. To top it off,  Spanish-speaking and Peruvian Latino Zimmerman is called a member of the evil white race.

Liberals and the biased manipulative press reports probably account for the 31% of non-blacks that believe Zimmermann is guilty. Gallup should also have reported if these 31% consist largely of people who don’t follow the news and thus are the less informed.

And yes, Human-Stupidity already mentioned valid issues on both sides: the cover-up of criminal thuggery of a son of a Sanford policeman, as well as media neglect of black-on-white assaults in that same city in the same time period.

We are just mentioning the tip of the iceberg, much more thorough analysis is needed. Why do the races (which allegedly are socially constructed and don’t exist) have such clearly different opinions in the Trayvon Martin-George Zimmerman case, as in the OJ Simpson and Rodney King case?

In the Rodney King case, we can see the tendency to assign human rights protection to a heavily drugged felon who endangered people in a reckless car chase and violently fought off police. In the Trayvon Martin case, Human-Stupidity keeps pointing out that it is taken for granted that a black man can punch anyone for slight provocation such as following at a distance.

U.S. public opinion about the Trayvon Martin case in Florida reflects the same type of racial divide found in 1995 surveys asking about the murder trial of O.J. Simpson in Los Angeles. In one Gallup poll conducted Oct. 5-7, 1995, for example, 78% of blacks said the jury that found Simpson not guilty of murder made the right decision, while only 42% of whites agreed.

The situation in the Trayvon Martin case is different from the Simpson situation, however, because the victim, rather than the alleged perpetrator, is black. Still, both situations, even though 17 years apart, apparently tap into the same deeply felt views of the average black American that the criminal justice system in America is biased against blacks. Underscoring this conclusion, a 2008 Gallup Minority Rights and Relations survey found that 67% of blacks said the American justice system was biased against blacks, a viewpoint only 32% of non-Hispanic whites agreed with. The average black American has strong views on the case, perceiving that Zimmerman is guilty of a crime and that race has played a major factor in the case. Nonblacks, by contrast, are much less likely to think Zimmerman is guilty and are substantially less likely to believe that race was a factor.  Gallup

Human-Stupidity Analysis

Unfortunately, the Gallup data lacks more detailed analysis. Whey don’t they differentiate non-blacks? Whey don’t they publish, separately, the opinion of those that actually follow the case? The opinion of those who don’t follow the case might be different and less relevant. This lack of proper analysis is equally annoying as is the inability of the US Department of Justice to separate white Latino and white murder perpetrator prevalence.

The most interesting question at this point in the Trayvon Martin case may be who believes the Party line and why.

The tenets of our New Faith are naturally different from dialectical materialism, though our version shares its radical environmentalism (in the older sense): humans are largely if not entirely shaped by their environment, except for homosexuals, whose proclivities are innate.  The first commandment of the faith is relativism: there are no significant differences among sexes, ethnicities, religions, and races.  Disparities in standards of living are the result of Western oppression; the perception of these and other differences is “orientalism.”

The second commandment is “tolerance.”  If you question commandment number one, you are guilty of a hate crime and need to be punished by “diversity training,” the more benign version of the “re-education” dissidents were subjected to in the Soviet Empire.

Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman and the blurry line between conservative media and the far-right

On March 19, Beck’s website, The Blaze, speculated without much evidence that Martin could have been suspended from school for drug possession, “sexual harassment”, or “arson”. The Miami Herald spent four paragraphs listing ‘suspicious’ facts about Martin’s bags (like “women’s jewellery” and a “burglary tool”) and on the same day, The Daily Caller, co-founded by Dick Cheney, published a compilation of tweets reportedly culled from Martin’s deleted Twitter account, by an ‘undisclosed source’. The Conservative Review immediately branded the teen“a criminal thug on his way to a life in prison”.

The campaign of character assassination didn’t stop with the right wing media. On March 25, a Twitter news site run by another Fox News contributor, Michelle Malkin, posted a picture of an entirely different Trayvon Martin which had appeared one day before on the neo-nazi websiteStormfront.

On March 29, a white supremacist hacker called ‘Klanklannon’ took up the work of Cheney’sCaller and leaked private messages he claimed belonged to Martin. The hacker invited people to log into Martin’s gmail account and see for themselves, having helpfully changed the password to ‘niggerniggernigger’.

Meanwhile, the conservative National Review had the nerve to fire contributing editor John Derbyshire on April 8 for looking beyond the controversy to the wider issues at stake. “Avoid concentrations of blacks not all known to you personally,” he wrote in an article for Taki’s Magazine, responding to Trayvon-inspired race debates by describing ‘the talk’ he gives to his kids. “Do not attend events likely to draw a lot of blacks,” he went on (each point was backed up by a link to a crime or scandal which happened to involve an African-American). Avoid amusement parks if they are “swamped with blacks,” he warned; “Do not settle in a district or municipality run by black politicians.”

In the Fox-News-o-sphere’s focus on Trayvon and its implication that Zimmerman needed “protecting” from a dangerous thug is the germ of the idea that brought Nazis to Sanford. Anything in Martin’s life that was remotely ‘suspect’ (or, often, youthful) became evidence that he was a threat – better evidence, apparently, than prosecutors could ever provide.

Did Zimmerman kill Martin in self-defense? There are some indications that he may not have, but others that he may have. So I ask myself what makes sense. I doubt Zimmerman is just a crazy loon who likes killing people, so I think it’s most likely that Martin, a 6’2″ or 6’3″ football player, was beating his old, out of shape ass, and that’s why he shot him. Blurry video won’t discount this. I’m basically making the same judgment I did with the DSK case. Did it make any sense that DSK would rape that slut? Hell no! So it didn’t happen.

There is one major difference: We knew that Dominique Strauss-Kahn is a highly respectable, intelligent, successful man that had his act together and does not act irresponsibly and irrationally. We don’t know that much about George Zimmerman. He might be a bit loony or out of control. But the main suspicion is that Zimmerman might have “irritated” Trayvon Martin which prompted Trayvon Martin to righteously attack the racist.

We Don’t Know for Sure and Can’t Jump to Definite Conclusions

So I keep warning. We cannot be so sure of George Zimmerman’s innocence. But we can be sure of the press and the black opinion makers being biased and too quick to condemn Zimmerman and to call for his lynching (New Black Panthers).

Now I could be wrong, maybe Zimmerman instigated things, but I doubt he HIT Martin first, so Zimmerman isn’t totally to blame either way. Also note that there’s a tinge of anti-gun rhetoric in all this, they want to take away our right to bear arms and defend ourselves, which is an essential right.

Presumptive Right to Violent “Retaliation” in Case Racial Profiling or Racist Slurs

There is a possibility that Zimmerman instigated the fight by being a bit harsh or unfriendly. By the usual narrative that gives a black boy the right to whoop his white (?) or Hispanic ass. Whereupon Zimmerman would have to defend himself.

Now the second question is, did Zimmerman target Martin because he was black?  And this answer is clearly no.  The media simply wishes to paint the narrative that a “white” (Zimmerman is actually Hispanic and Jewish, not of the supposedly evil Caucasian group) killed a poor innocent black child who in the picture in the media looks 12 years old -

Manipulative Use of Photos to Shape Public Opinion

Yes, the photo manipulation is eerie. Can’t the media find any other photos then Trayvon Martin when he is 14 (or actually you can find slide shows with photos where he is 5, or where he carries 2 year old babies). What about a photo from 2012 or 2011? How come the media will not publish any of these? And why do they only show mug shots of George Zimmerman? And call him white, even though in the US “Hispanic” is a racial term, a socially defined “race.” Isn’t race supposed to be socially constructed anyway?

Right. How old is this boy? 14? 13? Sure not 17 years old!? Why do they keep showing these photos and only these photos below? Were the above photos used, the impression would be quite different.

Now there still are rumors that some or all above Trayvon photos are fake. Which would leave open the question: Can nobody in the world, even his own family, locate any photos of Trayvon Martin from the last 3 years? Or are they all thuggish-looking so they hide them?

Why Couldn’t Trayvon Outrun Zimmerman?

Why couldn’t this tall, athletic football player outrun a fat, out-of-shape, older Hispanic? So he was cornered and had to whoop him? Or he got attacked by a law abiding neighborhood citizen who was fast enough to outrun and catch the football player. Why could Trayvon not just have run home? Is this gated community so huge that he could not run home quick enough?

There always is this unspoken assumption that Trayvon Martin has the right to physically attack and whoop George Zimmerman just for the sin of him being a racist, for the sin of racial profiling.

So the biggest issue is that the liberal media is demonizing Zimmerman and whites (even though he’s not white) to spread racial hatred against whites and promote white liberal guilt, and they are endangering the lives of Zimmerman doing so, as are the marchers who have rushed to judgment demanding Zimmerman be arrested, presuming he’s guilty just like they do those accused of rape.  This is a lynching.  Anyway Zimmerman didn’t realize the guy was black until later, and he had full rights to suspect a guy dressed in a hoodie at night in that neighborhood.  Had nothing to do with his race.  Zimmerman isn’t a racist.  Just like you had to question everything you hear in the media about DSK during his false rape fiasco, you have to question everything you hear in the media about this case.  They keep coming up with new shit about how Zimmerman wasn’t injured, Zimmerman wasn’t the one screaming, police reports were changed, blah, blah, blah, they keep coming up with more excuses to find Zimmerman guilty.  Where was this evidence before?  Nowhere.  It’s only here because people are buying into the hysteria that Zimmerman the evil white guy who isn’t white killed some poor innocent black “child” because he was black.  The hateful anti-white anti-male liberals don’t give a shit about the truth anymore than they did during Duke Lacrosse, in fact I’m sure the case has a lot of parallels, that would be the one to compare to, but I’m not super-familiar with it myself.

From crime statistics, we can be sure that Blacks are over-represented among the culprits in these cases. And nobody cares. Only about this one case.

Racial profiling (1, 2, 3) is illegal, in spite of clear proof that certain races commit much more violent crime than whites. But gender profiling is also written into law (Violence Against Women act) in spite of proof that women resort to domestic violence just as much as men.

Stereotyping Certain Races as Having a Greater Propensity to Commit Crimes Is Absolutely Prohibited. Some have argued that overall discrepancies in crime rates among racial groups could justify using race as a factor in general traffic enforcement activities and would produce a greater number of arrests for non-traffic offenses (e.g., narcotics trafficking). We emphatically reject this view. It is patently unacceptable and thus prohibited under this guidance for federal law enforcement officers to engage in racial profiling. 4

Of course, ignoring common sense and inconvertible crime statistics are an impediment to police work. It violates the human rights of law-abiding citizens by exposing them to more crime. And it violates the human rights of old white ladies that needlessly get searched so police don’t look racially biased when searching young Arab or black men.

On the bright side, a German court recently acknowledged the right of police to search suspects by skin color, when on trains usually used by illegal immigrants.

Statistically, the black man with Skittles and hoodie below has a 10-100 time greater chance of being a violent criminal then our two protesters above and aside (6).

That suspicion, of course, would not warrant shooting a black man solely on the basis of his skin color. But it might be justified to be more careful and to check him out. Even the politically correct protesters and honest, law-abiding blacks would move to the other side of the street were they to encounter such a group of black people.

Generations of blacks have now been told they are victims, whites are evil and blacks are entitled to free money, housing and everything else when very few blacks alive today have ever faced systematic discrimination. If they have faced discrimination it is because responsible blacks are grouped with the great many blacks in America that cause such tremendous crime and problems.

If Whites are held responsible for actions committed by members of my race centuries ago [slavery], shouldn’t it be fair for law abiding Blacks to be held responsible for the black thugs and criminals? It’s simple logic but not so easy under the laws of political correctness.

50 years of welfare, social programs and excuses has had a tremendously negative effect on the black race in America. Blacks under perform nearly across the board when compared with other races. Why? Political correctness, liberal politics, ignorance and hate. It is easier for blacks, as a whole, to blame their station in society on white people for slavery than it is to blame themselves for making bad life decisions. Most people who are not black are taught actions have consequences. Young blacks are taught they can do or say whatever and they will be excused. This is why we are seeing a growing number of brazen attacks by groups of young blacks on whites these days. These young black thugs believe there will be no consequences. But there are consequences, even in the ridiculous world of political correctness. That is why such a large percentage of prisoners are black. Political correctness tells us it’s because of racist judges, police and laws…but the realistic know it is simply because so many blacks commit crimes. 8

Whites, and Men, Are Not Protected Classes

Black on white crime gets whitewashed and ignored (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

Here are some more shocking statistics: More than 1,600 Whites are murdered by Blacks each year. Blacks murder Whites at 18 times the rate Whites murder Blacks. [...]On a per-capita basis, blacks commit 50 times more violent crimes than Whites. 6

Whites don’t have race consciousness as blacks do. Whites don’t show up in thousands to defend other whites. Not as victims, much less if they are actual criminals like Rodney King. Similarly, men would never defend male criminals as women feminists defend female criminals like Lorena Bobbitt, Mary Winkler, Rita Graveline and Susan Falls.

Now would you racially profile here? Just because certain dog races are more prone to violence and inflicting serious bodily harm, that does not allow one to discriminate.

Sometimes cute white poodles might bite, and a big vicious guard dog can be friendly and might not bite. Furthermore, the dog suffers from trauma and discrimination because he spent a lot of his life chained and did not get pampered by a luxury owner like the little poodle.

Similarly, it is very unfair to discriminate against sausage dogs in the races. After all:

Trayvon Martin vs. George Zimmermann: Premature Rush to Conclusions

The rush to judgment among some prominent voices on the left assumes George Zimmerman is responsible for a terrible hate crime, and that isn’t fair to Mr. Zimmerman. He hasn’t even been charged, much less been afforded the due process to which all Americans are entitled. This is not a defense of Mr. Zimmerman; it is a defense of a sacrosanct Constitutional process being short-circuited by assumptions and rage.

On the other hand, some prominent conservative voices want to label it all a tragedy exploited by race-baiting pimps and leave it at that. They are unwilling to entertain the possibility that the black community’s rage in this case might be fueled by an otherwise valid perception that, in general, innocent black men too often are presumed guilty by a racially biased criminal justice system.

Responsible voices should insist that the black community’s rage is, at best, premature in this particular case.  9

Trayvon Martin was killed by neighborhood watch activist George Zimmermann. Police accepted Zimmermann’s claim of self-defense. Now the political correctness crowd and the Black Rights movement have latched on to the case and demand George Zimmermann’s arrest and conviction. Unopposed and unpunished, the New Black Panther organisation has offered a bounty to hunt down Zimmermann for unnamed purposes. And there is an unspoken assumption that Trayvon would be justified to physically attack Zimmermann had he used any racial slur.

Was it Self Defense or Not?

If Trayvon Martin seriously attacked George Zimmermann, then it was self-defense. If Zimmermann approached and attacked Trayvon Martin, then it was not self-defense.

We cannot give a final answer to this question. In a few weeks we will hopefully have forensic analysis of the 911 calls, of Trayvon Martin’s body (to see if he has signs of having hit Zimmermann) and of Zimmermann’s injuries (if this proof has not been lost due to lack of initial police investigation), and of witness statements.

Initially we were quite convinced by the Trayvon Martin FAQ that Trayvon did seriously attack Zimmermann. Also note Zimmermann made 40 police reports already, without ever shooting anyone.

But now a police video shows Zimmermann with no blood or visible injury. Well, we hope (for Zimmermann’s sake) that there is a good explanation, that he got his wounds expertly treated before the video. We could say that if Zimmermann embellished the beating story, that still does not mean that he was not viciously attacked. Like fanatic feminists: “Yes Nafissatou Diallo told dozens of lies about the alleged rape, other rapes, immigration. This does not mean that she wasn’t raped by Dominque Strauss-Kahn“. But it would seriously undermine George Zimmermann’s credibility. If he is an over-zealous racist vigilante who shot an innocent boy, let him get punished.

Maybe they both were no good? But, once more, we have no investment in either position. We want the TRUTH to be found.

Manipulative Press Reports Due to Political Correctness?

We see elements of manipulation: seemingly 17-year old Trayvon Martin has only 3-year old photos where he looks like an inoffensive boy, while Zimmermann seems only to have a criminal-looking mug shot. And why does no one clarify Trayvon’s school suspensions (I have never been suspended in school. Have you?).

Justifying Black Violence

If Zimmermann followed Trayvon, if he, God beware even used the N-word, then most people would take it for granted that Trayvon Martin had the right to whoop Zimmermann.

Typically, black violence is seen as justified against the historic white oppressor. (See the Rodney King case). Similarly, women that kill (2, 3, 4) or mutilate sleeping husbands are excused as acting in self defense, as victims of alleged violence.

This rage is fed by the ideology of political correctness. Blacks are told that the reason for all black hardship lies in discrimination by the evil white man. This feeds the rage against the oppressor. If Black poverty and other disadvantages were attributed to their own behavior, their own lower IQ and lower impulse control, they would not feel justified in lashing back. The same hate is created in women when they believe the pay gap is due to patriarchal oppression and not to female choice, lower work hours, less risk.

Bounty to Capture Zimmermann!? To Lynch Him?

The New Black Panther Party has offered a $10,000 reward for the ‘capture’ of George Zimmerman.

The group’s leader Mikhail Muhammad said the bounty was ‘an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth’.

At a rally for slain teenager Trayvon Martin, the Black Panthers called for 10,000 black men to hunt down Zimmerman, Martin’s shooter who has not been charged over the killing.

Mr. Muhammad said at the gathering in Sanford that his group was planning to apprehend the killer itself.

‘If the government won’t do the job, we’ll do it,’ he said. 2

The police does not want him, he is not in hiding from police. He is probably hiding from the New Black Panthers and other racist extremists.

What would they capture him for? They cannot hand him over to police. Probably they would kill him. In justified rage against the oppressor.

So far, no Rico charges. Since the Ku Klux Klan has been disbanded, there are no moderate whites who would call for a “one million whites” march to protest the organized hate crime group. This is a proven call for violence by an organized group. Very different from the million hoodie walks about an uncertain case.

Whites allow and whitewash black violence, just as males allow and forgive female violence.
