One of the most frequent claims of right-wingers, alt-righters, CONservative, LIEbertarians and other assorted morons is that “blacks” are somehow more likely to commit “crime” because of “lower IQ” and “low future time orientation.” Let me start exposing the bullshit inherent in such beliefs by asking a simple question:
Do we define crime and criminality in a consistent and rational manner?
Take violence. A black man who is part of a street gang working for a drug boss is considered a criminal, whereas a white man who serves in the U.S. Army to murder and rob people in other countries for the benefit of the American moneyed class is considered a hero. Face it — with the possible exception of WW2, every war or conflict which the USA has ever been involved in has been a money-making racket. At least the black gangster gets lots of respect, pussy and drugs for accepting the risk. In contrast, the white working class moron who serves the criminal state gets a snappy uniform, some colorful but useless pieces of metal and most likely a cuckolding, nagging fat white wife for their services to the enterprise.
How come guys who go to Afghanistan and Iraq to kill people who had not attacked them are considered heroes and worthy of emulation, while gang-bangers shooting a few people (who really deserved it) are considered to be dangerous criminals?
Which brings us to the next example — what is the real difference between a black or Hispanic crime boss and a Mayflower WASP in the higher levels of U.S. government or business? Aren’t they morally and ethically similar people doing pretty much the same job, albeit for different corporations? Would you trust a drug baron or a Mayflower WASP? Who is more likely to screw you over for a small profit? It is my contention that high level drug dealers are less sociopathic than those who populate senior management and boardrooms of publicly traded corporations.
Why is a white guy who makes money by defrauding, abusing or scamming other through “legal” means seen as a great businessman, while a black guy who builds an empire selling drugs is considered a criminal mastermind? What if the actions of the white guys destroy the lives of more people than the black drug baron?
And while we are on the topic of drugs — why is a black guy who sells marijuana considered a criminal, while the white pharmaceutical representative who promotes useless or dangerous drugs seen as a model member of the middle-class? Why is the white guy who sells alcohol or profits from it a legitimate businessman even though alcohol kills more people than pot, cocaine, crack and heroin? We can still legally buy nicotine cigarettes though they still kill more people than all “hard” drugs combined. Odd, isn’t it? And yes, I am aware the comedian Chris Rock mentions this issue in one of his standup acts.
It seems that the legal status of a drug is dependent on the skin color of those who profit from it rather than their objectively measurable effects on the lives of users.
Then there is the issue of theft, burglary or property crime. It appears that banks and business that steal from you through gotcha legal contracts, collusion, and monopolies are just acting in the best interest of their shareholders. However, the black guy who steals a few hundred to make ends meet is supposedly a criminal. Cops who steal stuff from average people through unfair, fake and trumped-up charges are just doing their job, but the black guy who breaks into a house or shop to get stuff is apparently a dangerous criminal.
So pretty much everything and anything, however despicable, done by a white person in an expensive suit or snappy uniform is right — but far less despicable acts done by a black person in gangsta apparel are crimes? Aren’t we defining what is criminal or not by the color, race and dress of a person rather than the nature and impact of their actions?

Well there are few logical issues with this. For starters blacks serve in the military too so the white boys out there killing innocents aren’t doing it alone. All races serve in the military and all are following orders. Strike one.
If you are speaking about “White collar crime” that is crime that is actually defined, prosecuted, and so on then blacks have a greater rate of this than do whites. This is usually the mid-level management variety however and what you went to was straight to the big leagues of the CEO’s of megalithic corporate banks. Well, if you are speaking about why banks made up mostly of whites are getting away with the present fraud that would be because the black president has ordered his black head of the department of justice to cut a deal with them (and I am oh so certain no kickbacks or promises of a monetary nature EVER crossed Obama’s mind on this). Yes they are technically and certain morally committing lots of fraud and should be shown prison cells posthaste – this is not happening to a chorus of NON political elite screaming (see occupy wall street crowd).
The primary complaint you seem to want to sidestep is the very real phenomena of *random violent attacks* and the frequency of this increases dramatically in black neighborhoods and/or as soon as blacks move into a neighborhood that is predominately white. All types of crime increase when blacks are present and I will define crime here as what the FBI reports tend to classify as crime. It doesn’t matter how much money, or influence, or what kind of houses are present. Controlling for income poor white neighborhoods have lower rates of sporadic violent crime than does any black neighborhood, rich or poor.
I certainly can have a lower quality of life if the banks steal from me using complex legal shenanigans but is this any better in predominately black countries? Less officially sanctioned graft and corruption in places like Nigeria or Zimbabwe is there?
What really can shake a persons sense of well being is the thought that at any moment a person or persons will break in and commit horrific acts of violence on you and your family. When walking down the street is a very dangerous thing to do and gun shots are heard throughout the night that seriously impacts quality of life and this is the criminal element whites complain about as such follows blacks – sorry but it is true. With environments like this it is true you want get complex business strategies for stealing out of the locals because in order to get complex businesses *in the first place* you need to have people working and not terrified of living or trying to work in your town. The constant petty crime convinces the big businesses to go elsewhere where they can organize, bribe the government, and set about the more complicated Oceans 11 style heists.
Now of course anyone who mentions the above, regardless of whatever evidence is presented, numbers, examples, etc. must be a horrible, foul, racist, who eats babies, wears dixie flag underwear, and must by law submit to re-education. I would point out that even if I or anyone fits that stereotype (I don’t nor do most people) *it still wouldn’t change the fact that it is observably true that blacks commit more of ALL types of crime*. Does this address your question?

Obama and Holder are part of the rich elite. Why would they care about us? The person’s race doesn’t matter. A rich white/black/asian/hispanic politician has no problem ruining the lives of those that look like them.
Unfortunately, crime will increase in many neighborhoods regardless of race as the middle-class becomes smaller. A big problem in black neighborhoods is that they are run by black single-mothers. Black single-mothers often encourage their sons to do whatever it takes to take care of them. “It’s time for you to be the man of the household because your no-good father aint a real man.” This phenomenon will plague white people soon enough.

The main logical fallacy in this article is the claim of a logical fallacy. The idea of something being criminal is based upon the rule of law. Soldiers aren’t breaking our laws, even if they maybe breaking some other society’s laws (ex. Bad laws turn good men into criminals).

Doesn’t Advocatus Diaboli(AD), a South Asian descended man, realize that he is an honorary White European descended Gentile person? In reference to my above post, I bet AD says NABALT, Not all Black people are like that, which even I know to be true. However, a more than large enough minority of Blacks are, and this criminally inclined minority is much larger percentage wise that of Whites and even larger than that of Asians. The Latinos, Native American Indians and Pacific Islanders fall in between Whites and Blacks for crime rates. I also know that the majority of Blacks don’t commit crime, but it would behoove you to be wary around them until you know for sure they are not criminally inclined.
The core issue here is that those who are in power, the dominant groups, make the laws. Of course they are inclined to legalize their own activities while criminalizing the activities of others.
This is not about acts of white collar crime, but about acts that are legal but maybe they shouldn’t be.
In other words, it’s about consistency rather than inconsistency. It’s just thst it is an consistency of power and realpolitik, not justice.
Violent crime will always be prevalent and abundant in the poorest areas. A mans gotta eat.
