I see this place, and it’s associated sites, as addressing far more than men. I see it as a reaction to the delusions of Marxism. I recognize that isn’t the universal perception, but there’s a very strong case for it.

@goldenfetus: I get perplexed and frustrated a lot, because I see the beginnings of so many good ideas here that get shunted into alleys of bitterness, frustration, one-upping, and bigotry. I know I’ll never convince anyone to follow their better angel, so it becomes easier to mock than constructively criticize. As far as dealing with facts, the impossibility of ever having enough of the big picture is daunting. I don’t think even Russia has Marxists anymore, but some people think that they run America? There’s no overcoming denial like that.
What I get from IMF, if Ferd can be said to have an overarching philosophy, is that there is nothing wrong with having ideals-in fact, they are a necessary part of anyone wanting to call himself a man. Without constant testing of ideals via real-life application and making sure they can withstand a rigorous mocking, they become ideology-rigid, hidebound, and making you a prick, and even worse, a dullard.
That’s my take, anyway. Ferd may well school me differently.
I appreciate what you’re saying, but I think the Marxist control of America is undeniable. Sure, they don’t call themselves that, but it is the essence of what they are. We’re in the age of covert Marxist dominance. Practically everything the government does these days – wealth redistibution, failure to enforce immigration laws, affirmative action, attacks on White Nationalists, etc – only makes sense in the context of that ideology. The media is under the total control of cultural Marxists. If your speech fails to adhere to socialist/commie belief you’re likely to get jumped by packs of hysterical liberals. Do you deny that feminism and radical egalitarianism have their roots in this sort of thinking?

Denying that the decline of Western civilization is the direct result of Marxism is, from my perspective, comparable to what I imagine Jews think of holocaust denial. It’s so stunningly obvious that you might as well try to convince me that keyboards don’t exist.
Wealth inequality is a serious problem, but it goes hand in hand with the liberal/socialist betrayal of the middle class, who seek to equalize wealth not among Americans, but among all the world’s people. The clear goal of global communism is the creation of an ultra-rich overclass of economic/political/social elites lording over the equalized, but poor, masses. Marxism has never functioned toward actual liberation or communalism – it has always been about creating and maintaining these two classes – about power.
Affirmative action IS institutionalized discrimination against Whites. It’s based on victim/oppressed ideology and is one of the methods they are using to redistribute property from Whites. Hate White Nationalists all you like, but they have more truth and legitimacy on their side than the US government. The conclusions made in the Bell Curve or solid science, and all evidence supports average IQ differences between races. Note that even the liberal don’t deny these differences exist – the difference is that they interpret them as the result of oppression (Marxism), rather than genetics.
Feminism IS Marxism for gender. It’s one front in the war to destroy straight White men – and, by extension, the Western civilization they created. I say this without accusation or hate, but I think there’s a significant chance you’re not owning up to the causes of Western decline because your interests are in line with those of the commies.
