Apparently, a CBS lady reporter got raped while covering the revolution in Egypt. For some reason, we’re expected to feel sorry for her:
CBS News correspondent Lara Logan is recovering in an American hospital this week after being sexually assaulted and beaten by a mob in Egypt’s Tahrir Square late on Friday.
The same day that Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak stepped down, Logan was surveying the mood of anti-Mubarak protesters for a “60 Minutes” story when she and her team “were surrounded by a dangerous element amidst the celebration,” CBS said in a statement Tuesday. The network said that a group of 200 people were then “whipped into a frenzy,” pulling Logan away from her crew and attacking her until a group of women and Egyptian soldiers intervened.
Logan flew back to the United States the next morning.
Oh, what a symbol of courage Miss Logan is! What a beacon of determination and grit and…no, seriously. I can’t go on.

- Egypt is a nation resistant to feminism. Egyptian men do not “respect” women, unlike the pale, porn-addicted, gelded fembois of America and Europe.
- A riot, by definition, is an event defined by its lack of law and order – meaning that the structures that protect women from the predations of men do NOT exist.
- Logan is a white foreigner, and is thus despised by the violent hordes who believe their government to be in thrall to hers.
You send a chick into a situation like the one in Egypt, you might as well hang a sign around her neck that says “FREE FUCKTOY”. I don’t care how many disaster areas she’s reported from, how many awards she’s won, it was going to happen eventually. With an entire industry devoted to offering support for rape victims, nattering about “rape culture,” and screaming “DON’T BLAME THE VICTIM!” every time some tart does something stupid, there is nothing brave at all about admitting to being raped. Don’t even try to argue that Logan’s life is in danger now that’s she fessed up to this incident. It’s not like she’s accusing a famous celebrity or someone with power – she was raped in the middle of an Egyptian protest for God’s sake! Of course, this all assumes that Logan is even telling the truth. There’s a non-zero chance that she didn’t get raped at all, and that she made the whole thing up to garner attention and sympathy from the weepy, chivalrous masses. It’s certainly a story that the white nationalist types would buy – innocent, virginal Nordic angel gets ravished and defiled by a gang of smelly, swarthy, sleazy sand-niggers. I doubt she’s lying. Cairo is a horrific place for women under normal circumstances. I’ve been through there (including Tahrir Square) many times and seen everyone from 11-year-old local schoolgirls to 55-year-old obese veiled housewives leered at, followed, groped and harassed on a regular basis. All the single foreign women I know there took the first flight home the minute there were even murmurs of protest. Everyone who thought it was ok to put a female reporter on the ground during a freaking riot was drinking gallons of idiot juice, including Logan, her camera crew and the entire news network. This is similar to the embedding of reporters with military units. Sure, they’re with soldiers that will do their best to protect them when the shit goes down, but it IS war, and they can’t guarantee your safety. An ABC reporter, who’s name escapes me at the moment, suffered a serious brain injury from an IED the unit he was with ran over. There are inherent dangers. I know these reporters like to play the “bravery” card when putting themselves in danger. They’ll obviously get awards for their reporting, thus making their careers. And rape of white women isn’t an Arab man thing. I recall in the war in Kosovo, thousands of Albanian women were raped by Serbian troops. And those women had to have the babies. Well Timothy, I don’t know about American colleges (or colleges past 1999 I suppose), but most of the girls I knew at uni didn’t get drunk at frat parties, if they got drunk at all. There are plenty of people who manage to avoid such stupidity. I was invited to a party (by a guy) where I knew there would be cocaine and a load of people I didn’t know, so I didn’t go and just stayed in that night.
Has it really got so much worse since I was at uni, or is this an American thing? Yes Thag, drinking is and has ALWAYS been a major part of college life here in the US. Often the sole purpose of going to a college party is to get drunk and possibly fuck. You are correct though…young women have to have an awareness that if they get drunk and possibly incapacitated, she’s at risk. MOST young men wouldn’t have sex with a girl that can’t consent, or can’t put up much resistance, but there’s always a guy or two that WILL. Often girls will look out for each other and make sure their friends get back home unmolested, but sometimes shit happens. When I was a senior in college a freshman guy died. He had never had alcohol before (or never that much), and passed out from drinking too much. He choked on his own vomit because he was too drunk to turn himself over. Sad, but this happens on college campuses all over the country.

The “60 Minutes” reporter and former swimsuit model apparently courted two beaus while she was in Baghdad, and has been labeled a homewrecker for allegedly destroying the marriage of a civilian contractor there, sources said.
Passions got so hot in the combat zone that one of her lovers, Joe Burkett, brawled in a Baghdad “safe house” with her other paramour, CNN war reporter Michael Ware, a source said.
The wife of Burkett, a US Embassy worker, claims the sultry 37-year-old correspondent seduced him while bullets flew overhead.
Burkett’s wife, Kimberly, also accuses Logan of teaming up with him to take her 3-year-old daughter away, according to the source.
A close pal of Logan, who confirmed the allegations to The Post, said Burkett’s marriage to Kimberly was already finished six months before they sparked up a relationship.
“She is not the cause of their divorce,” the friend told The Post yesterday.
“It was going to happen.”
The pal also said Logan was particularly hurt by the comments because she had met Kimberly Burkett and thought the two were “friendly.”
Kimberly filed for divorce from her husband in January in a court near their hometown of Fredericksburg, Texas.
The husband, 36, and wife, 32, are now battling over custody of toddler Ashley.
Pals of Logan said that the divorce attorney is just grandstanding by dragging the rising television star into the Texas couple’s split.

We have plenty of women right here in America, who never chose to take an audacious risk, being raped by foreigners (Muslim and otherwise). If you want to get upset about foreigners mistreating women, get upset about the pre-teen girl in New Hampshire who was attacked by a mob of “refugees” last week.
I’m disgusted by what these Middle Easterners did, but I simply lack the moral standing to get truly angry about it. And I’m not imposing a double-standard, here. For example, I deeply sympathize with American men who were tortured, disemboweled, and worse by Amerindians who captured them. But I don’t get angry at the Indians.

While I agree with most of your points I think you are missing the picture, your women (I`m not american) are in large part responsible for the large scale inmigration policies that have brought the barbarians at your shores (who do you think they vote for regurlarly? Libertarians?; nationalists? No, they vote for the most socialist and globalist guys and gals in the poll , at least more than 50% of women vote them into the office). Every socialist issue from the welfare to the feminization of your education system has been supported by them, either in Europe or the USA while the men have sit in the sidelines gone along the lines of their snowflakes, instead of stopping the madness.
Second even though I don`t sympathize with the perpetrators of that rape (I don`t know if I can call rape since I don`t know how long she was held by the mob) you have to stop the pedestalization of white women and realize that even though that assault was bad, the victim in question is beyond doubt a person with no honor, I find no reason to feel empathy for a person like that either men or women, especially since she didn’t even respect the clothing customs of that country, in this case those traditions would have saved her a lot of trouble.
Last but not least, Off-topic dealing with all those women who claim they have no responsability whatsoever, as the famous Camile Paglia in an interview with Playboy explained to her audience back then (1995), women have to take responsability for the messages they send. As for men, there are crazies (just like there are crazy females (feminists)), and some will rape you. This means don’t dress like crazy bait meaning, don’t dress like a slut.
3. Sorry ladies, once you commit to sex, just go through with it. Don’t be an asshole about it.
4. If you want to reduce your chance of getting raped follow these rules;
a. Don’t hang out with blacks, mexicans, or men with neck tattoos. Don’t go into high crime areas, especially at strange hours.
b. Use the buddy system, make sure people have your back. Minimize the amount of time you are alone. Multiculturalism has made America into a dangerous place, with the requisite increase in rapists (see a.).
c. Don’t get blind drunk or stoned out of your mind, especially around people you don’t know or trust.
d. Carry a weapons with you, a real one, not a taser or pepper spray.
e. Once you commit to sex go through with it. Mating is the most psychologically / phisiologically charged activity you can participate in, and behavior is unpredictable once you cross that line of agreement. And why not, feminists believe in sexual freedom and so many women are promiscuous today, what’s another dick in you? A 2% difference in your carousel ride count?
f. And the most important to realize is that reality is real, it actually exists. Just because you believe that all men should control themselves, doesn’t mean they will*. There is always the possibility you will meet a freak. Just like you can’t stop all woman from falsely crying rape, hoarding cats, or eating until they blow up to 500 pounds.
In ending I understand you feminists are imbeciles. I understand that you cannot grasp reality, but please, try. Read about the bell curve, notice that there are two ends, and they indicate different types of people. Generalize this to the individuals in your life.
