I’ve DVR’d two episodes of Jersey Shore out of morbid curiosity, but I haven’t gotten around to watching them yet. Based on MarkyMark’s report, I expect not to be disappointed.
I love all of these idiots complaining that the show perpetuates negative stereotypes about Italians. Of course it does, you fucking morons. You should be more concerned with the fact that the stereotypes are true.

If you want, you can simply go to MTV’s site, and watch Jersey Shore on there. That’s what I did. That way, you don’t clutter up your DVR’s memory, hehehe. I’ve watched Guido Beach, and it is the decline of America all in one video.
What did you think of the Jersey Shorecast members? Angelina is particularly outrageous, and not only for saying she’s hot, either. In one of the episodes, the guys bring back some sluts, and she runs them out of the house; she’s a cockblocker and proud of it. She says that they’re not ‘classy’-like she is?! They had to bleep out part of her intro, for cryin’ out loud…

That looks a lot like the Reggaeton that plagues Latin America (the haircuts and the music are the same). My brain hates a lot a genre of music that makes us look like a bunch of gangsta rappers that can’t even pronounce words right, much less do rythmes.

It’s hard to have something smart to say about a place, or group of people, who are completely void of intelligence.
I sort of liked the bouncer in the first video. Most of the men were way less obnoxious than I expected going in. The women were worse.
I’m was born and raised pretty much in New Jersey (between exit 7and 7A) and believe me they haven’t even begun to scratch the surface of these guidos.
Contrary to what everyone says, the guys on the show are fairly normal, once you get past the juicing and the hair gel. Three out of four of ‘em seem like well-adjusted guys who just want to get laid, and the other’s a needy little bitch. All of the girls are insane.

all the chicks are ugly or (at best) average, except for jenny. she’s legitimately hot- albeit in a guidette, skankish sort of way.
of the guys, the guy who looks like rambo, is average to mildly below average in facial looks. pauly and the guy who wears his hair almost like a junior mohawk are good looking.
it’s strange that the guys are generally better looking than the chicks on here. maybe they have to peacock more or something? maybe the producers really tried to get guidettes with outrageous personalities even if they weren’t the best looking. i mean, come on, italian women are known for being good looking. if this is the best they can do, that’s pretty weak. finally, it’s telling that the rambo dude gets women despite his average to mildly below average face b/c:
1) he has massive confidence in his looks, and conducts himself like he’s better looking than he is
2) great game (positive feedback loop with the confidence)
3) sick rambo like body
slightly off topic, ferdinand, consider doing a post about tiger’s text with jamie grubbs; it’s quite revealing in a lot of ways about society and male- female relationships, especially since this chick supposedly said tiger was ‘horrible in bed:’

i think the producers of this show really tried to show how lower class white people live.

The most unashamedly promiscuous girl I ever knew was, you guessed it, Italian. She was pretty hot too. Nice person . . . when she wasn’t banging married men.
Ha! That Tiger-Text was revealing. He prodded her, what, half a dozen times about having another guy? He certainly loves the attention of having so many women fawning over him, but he talks to that mistress like he’s 21 and still trying to come to grips with himself.
