Dennis writes at Half Sigma’s on Google’s shutdown of his blog:
There’s a contact form which one can submit, which I did, but as a correspondent of mine pointed out, this is very Orwellian: Google gives you no notice of any violation before deletion and then won’t tell you what the violation was. Some here have pointed out that other blogspot blogs are much “worse” in terms of content, but my guess is that someone complained. Google will probably leave you alone if you don’t come to their attention, but if someone complains, especially some protected minority, then it seems they’ll delete you. Correspondents of mine have speculated on what the violation was, suggesting something about Muslims, marijuana, or race. A good candidate, IMO, is Peter Duesberg, HIV, and the journal Medical Hypotheses, whose opponents are trying to shut down; they are on record as saying that Duesberg should be silenced. But that’s conjecture at this point.
Say what you will, but this definitely smells fishy.

No blog ever got shut down for talking about weed. I sincerely doubt it was the AIDS thing, either. Racial issues are the #1 cause of censorship in every Western medium at this point, but it seems more likely that some kind of technical problem is to blame. When Google shuts a blog down for content, they put up a notice to that effect. They don’t just delete the blog.
By the way, did Steve Jobs handle your makeover?
I’m sure it was something that he wrote about race, maybe one of his South Africa posts. Not that I’ve ever seen anything objectionable there.
I suggest that people start referring to “The Google Advertisement Corporation” instead of Google. Hurt their brand.
@Mike: This isn’t the first blog in the wider circle of Game-MRA-MGTOW etc that has been shutdown without warning. Google only support free speech as long as its the speech they like.
I have also heard rumours that they censor the search results of the Google search engine. Since it is common knowledge that Google censors what people in China can see (at the behest of the Chinese government) then it is not a stretch to suppose that they are operating at the behest of some American PC brigade and shutting down blogs that don’t toe the line.
