The Watertown Daily Times reports that Republican Dede Scozzafava is folding her tents due to a lack of funds and a new Siena poll, released just this morning, that finds her too far behind Democrat Bill Owens and insurgent Conservative candidate Doug Hoffman to stand a chance of winning Tuesday’s special election in the north country.
