The blog that shouted love at the heart of the world

UPDATED: Roissy in DC archive now available

Commenter lynch graciously emailed me a ZIP archive of Roissy’s blog. The backup was made on May 21st of last year, so it doesn’t have the newer posts, but it DOES have the comments. A partial archive is better than none at all.

The download link is here.

For reasons that need not be (re)stated, I will be taking the link down and deleting the archive from my server in 24 hours. If you have a more recent Roissy archive, email me at fbardamu [at] inmalafide [dot] com and I will post the link.

UPDATE: An anonymous tipster emailed me a second blog archive that was made just last week before Roissy went on his deleting spree. It’s not as aesthetically pleasing as lynch’s version (it’s missing the WordPress blog template), and it’s larger in size (55 mb compared to 17 mb), but it contains all posts and comments made from Roissy’s debut in April of 2007 to just a few days ago. Consider it the complete Roissy in DC if you will, and download it here.

I’m also extending the deadline. I will remove both files from my server at 10:00 pm EST Monday. If you can’t get the files before then, you’re on your own. Tell your friends and spread the word, because once this train leaves the station, it ain’t comin’ back.

And for those of you grousing about me doing this, I will reiterate what I said in the previous thread: if Roissy personally emails me asking me to take the files down, I will do so. Until then or ten o’clock tomorrow evening, they’re staying where they are.

I’ll have more to say about this debacle later.

UPDATE II: Links and files removed, on schedule and as promised. Even better, Roissy is still alive. Make a sacrifice to the god of fornication or something.

Roissy was always an obvious fraud — no one is so embittered, resentful, and hostile toward women unless they aren’t any good with them. That kind of resentment totally warps your view of women and relationships.

But he chose his enemies well. Anyone who googles [REDACTED] and finds Lady Raine’s inarticulate, somewhat loony blog is not going to take the whole conflict seriously. The only thing that can really hang him is all the noxious stuff he himself posted. If he’s smart he’ll pull his entire blog from the web.

  2. whiskey says:

The most disheartening thing about women is understanding them. Success by players who embrace Game generally leads to this, because women have sex and show affection for basically merely aping Big Man behavior. This is particularly true for men who believed women to be good and found them more flawed (in their own way) than men.

you’re about the ten-thousandth person to say this. we know some people (perhaps many people) have this perspective of roissy. really, we know.

  4. J. DeVoy says:

Thank you, thank you, a million times thank you.

  5. chic noir says:

@whiskey- the str8 game posts aren’t what made some people mad and i think you know that. It’s the other controversial stuff … senator Kennedy(RIP), little girls being or growing up to be hot, blk women are sluts etc, rihanna & other women like being slapped … those posts are what got people angry. His str8 game posts didn’t gross as many comments as the more outrageous posts

  6. Eumaios says:

    Ted Kennedy(BIH), not RIP, Noir.

  7. Lance Uppercut says:

Is the Roissy sprout slowly being strangled?

  8. Luvsic says:

    Good man, Ferdinand.

Funny, I had this as one of my “errands” of late ever since the Mangan incident, but never got around to archiving Roissy.

Before LR took her skankalous actions, I wondered if Roissy might pull his blog at some point after releasing a book/other project.

Anyhow, it’s knowledge not to be lost.

And whiskey nails it in his comment. The more success I have, the clearer I see what exactly creates attraction, the more discouraged I am by the human condition. Oh well

  9. chic noir says:

Eumaios- forgive me, for i am a women who can sell wolf tickets but i’m really just a softy so RIP from me.

  10. whiskey says:

Chic people object to it because its true. Ted Kennedy was a drunken, loutish womanizer (he and Chuck Dodd played human pinball with a waitress) who was repulsive on all levels as a human being, not the least of which was leaving Mary Jo Kopechne to drown.

Little girls do grow up to be hot (or not). Look at Danica McKellar vs. say Miriam Bialik. Rihanna does not mind being slapped if the guy is dominant. Hell her video/song is entitled “I got a thug in my life.” See also, Charlie Sheen’s wife. Black women by all measurable accounts have different sexual standards than women of other races: 90% of births to Black women in the urban core are illegitimate, Black women have much higher rates of STDs, more partners, prefer more violent and dominant men, etc. It is not uncommon, for Black women to have three different kids by three different fathers (or White British Chavs for that matter).

These things hurt because they are TRUE. They are not PC. Not “Diverse” and “sensitive.” They are nevertheless the brutal truth. You can’t “fix something” unless you are truthful.

Does anyone know what’s up with Josh Xiong’s site? His account is suspended when I go there … has he moved to a new URL?

Mangan and now Roissy. Good wake-up calls for us all.

  11. Eumaios says:

Noir, I had to look up wolf tickets. I still don’t understand you. Are you saying you’re a softy for Irish womanizers?

  12. chic noir says:

It is not uncommon, for Black women to have three different kids by three different fathers (or White British Chavs for that matter).

actually this is uncommon. now two is somthing that is becoming more common. I guess this is coming about because of maury but remember there is an white and latino woman for every blk women on that show. Of course you write off the WW as an abnormality but the blk woman is an example of every blk woman. How novel of you whiskey.
    SMH

These things hurt because they are TRUE

No it doesn’t hurt whiskey. I just don’t get why you’re bringing up race anyway. Is it because you can’t counter the points I layed out to you??? Do you know how long I’ve been in these parts??? If it was painful I would have run away with my tail between my legs a long time ago.

Futhermore, if blk women were so lose, these game blogs wouldn’t exist because “betas”like you would be somewhere getting laid by an overly loose blk women as we type.

you can counter that with what you want but I know men better than you do on this one… A woman is a woman when the urge hits a man.

90% of births to Black women in the urban core are illegitimate,

Oh I don’t doubt this. but this doesn’t prove looseness, this means a woman didn’t use birthcontrol.

some women sleep with 100 men and don’t have any children. another woman can sleep with 1 man and have 5 OOW children.

    your point???

Black women have much higher rates of STDs

this doesn’t not promiscuty, this notes they’ve sleep with dirty men.
remember according to your logic, all WW love BM so then that means that WW are also infected at equal rates or could there be something else going on here???

    more partners,

out of the mouths of blk men who date IR… blk women as a group are the most conservative and down right prudish of any group. This has been said on R’s blog by blk men who don’t date blk men whiskey.

Deny it if you want to. You’re the same person who said the average urban WF has 50 partners by the time she is 25. you have banged your head if you think that is anywhere near average.

the average start age for american women is 16 btw.

prefer more violent and dominant men,

more BS. BW aren’t for violent men, and I’m from the hood whiskey. the “harder” BW in these parts want men with money first and foremost.

remember whiskey… unlike you I don’t read books or social surveys to learn about lower class blk people. I am one and I live amongst them so I know them a lot better than you do.

  13. chic noir says:

eumaios Noir, I had to look up wolf tickets

forgive me for that :) I forget that everyone won’t get my grandparents’ old school slang.

wolf tickets is when someone is sh*t talking usually about a fight or how tough they are etc…

ex. I (chic noir) am going to kick whiskey’s butt for that race BS he keeps posting whenever I win a debate.

am I going to beat up whiskey… no

could i beat up whiskey in a fist fight … highly unlikely.

btw, you can check out the defintion on urban dictionary dot com

  14. Genius says:

    Thank you for this!

  15. chic noir says:

whiskey Ted Kennedy was a drunken, loutish womanizer (he and Chuck Dodd played human pinball with a waitress) who was repulsive on all levels as a human being, not the least of which was leaving Mary Jo Kopechne to drown

okay I can give you (people) this.

he and Chuck Dodd played human pinball with a waitress

I really hope this doesn’t mean what I think it means??? two at the same time???

  16. Tarl says:

Roissy was always an obvious fraud

It’s not obvious to me. What’s the proof of his fraudulence?

  17. Sparks123 says:

    Ferd,

I respect you as a blogger but I find it very curious that a blogger who was so concerned about protecting Roissy’s privacy would so egregiously violate his intellectual property rights. And I presume that zip file includes Roissy’s post about him being in The Globe and Mail and the link to said article. If that’s the case, then you will have violated your own rule.

You’ll remove it if he e-mails you, but the horse is already out of the barn on this one.

I’m also extending the deadline. I will remove both files from my server at 10:00 pm EST Monday. That’s more then enough time. If you can’t get the files before then, you’re on your own. Tell your friends and spread the word, because once this train starts rolling, it ain’t comin’ back.

Or some other blogger will post it on his site. These things have a way of spreading across the interwebs.

  18. chic noir says:

    You’re right sparks123.

  19. Tarl says:

Roissy ought to be smart enough to know that whatever trouble he’s in, deleting old posts won’t help him. Once something is out there on teh internet, it is out there forever.

  20. Rodimus 903 says:

I’ve been giving the whole matter some thought. I think the reality is that women in general detest being in the wrong. The whole “source” of their power is that they deny that they are wrong or have done wrong. I think Roissy’s problem stems from this.

If you want to see a truly angry unbalanced woman just confront her when she is wrong. LR was mad not so much about what Roissy wrote about her,but that she was wrong in her arguments and her examples in trying to do what she thought was a good argument, and was called on it in “public” (blog comments” in such a way that her own words confirmed that Roissy was right. No woman ever wants to admit they are wrong due to her solipsistic nature and being exposed by their own words is seen by women and LR in particular as “evil” because they are physically weaker than men It is an illogical extension of the “pussy pass”. Just my 2 cents

  21. whiskey says:

Kennedy and Dodd both groped some waitress in a bar when they both drunk off their ass at the same time. It was witnessed (but not reported until years afterwards) by some of the press. Think the guys in “Night at the Roxbury” from SNL.

Yes Black women DO have significantly higher levels of multiple children all by different fathers, illegitimacy (sky high), STD levels, and the like. Its not because of innate racial characteristics, as noted White women are following, and Hispanic women are somewhere between White and Black women. All have changed over time, and in the direction of more sex, with various Alpha type guys.

[Black women find White guys particularly beta White guys "unmanly" and lacking in testosterone. Black women in particular find White, Asian, and to a lesser extent Latina women a threat, because its more competition for guys they want (Black guys with higher perceived testosterone at least) and nothing they want (White guys who come out looking like Michael Cera in comparison to Black guys). I can't blame Black women -- a preference is a preference. ]

It is not unusual to find White urban professional women with between 30-50 partners at age 35. Around 50 would be the outlier, but 30 is certainly not unusual at all. Women “don’t think it counts” if it was “just for one night” or “I didn’t like him” or “I was lonely” or what have you.

Black women (in the US) are hit hardest (and first) by the shift to matriarchy/hypergamy. Interestingly in Britain the mostly Caribbean derived Black population is generally far more sexually conservative than native Whites. Where it is White Chavs who lead in STD rates, illegitimacy, multiple fathers for kids, etc.

IMHO the explanation is, whatever population has the fewest controls socially to combat innate female hypergamy (i.e. “I’ve Got a Thug in My Life” by Rihanna) you end up with disaster. Recent Caribbean Black (and African) immigrants had more social controls intact, so suffered less than native Whites.

But the data is what it is. It hurts. Because its true.

  22. Gil says:

Or, Roissy got a life and couldn’t be bothered with blogging anymore?

  23. chic noir says:

whiskey, please tell me what does blk women have to do with the roissy archives???

Black women find White guys particularly beta White guys “unmanly” and lacking in testosterone

Bullish… there are reasons blk women don’t find wm attractive but testosterone isn’t it.

BTW, BW frequently find Italian, Russian and other types of European men attractive.

Epoxy is/would be very attractive to many blk women but they still won’t date him.

BTW, I’ve never heard a blk woman say that AM aren’t manly. I’ve heard something else said but that isn’t it. AM probably have the best reputation along with Latino men when it comes to women and family.

  24. chic noir says:

White guys who come out looking like Michael Cera

You know nothing of what you speak.
I’ve seen this type of white guy with blk woman. some women, even blk women like beta & OMEGA men and you want to know why???

because when they aren’t bitter, they often make good husbands and dads whiskey.

not every woman is chasing behind some tatooed biker or hood thug with a gun. Go out and enjoy life whiskey. you’re 35 and your letting it pass you by. No one is after you or looking to hurt you personally(unless you did some dirt) If you get hurt, wipe off your kness(like dana :) and get back up like man for God’s sake.

  26. chic noir says:

whiskey, GB has an Native African population and an blk west indian population. the blk african population esp Nigerian does as well as most white brits across the board.

  27. Sparks123:

I respect you as a blogger but I find it very curious that a blogger who was so concerned about protecting Roissy’s privacy would so egregiously violate his intellectual property rights.

There’s a complex philosophical argument to be made here, but to simplify things, violating Roissy’s intellectual property rights is a non-sin compared to violating his right to privacy. Exposing his identity brings all sorts of real-world repercussions, while copying his writings and putting them in a ZIP file for download harms him how, exactly? I could understand if he depended on the site for his livelihood, but he wrote the blog as a hobby.

That, and one of the unwritten rules of the Internet is to never allow personal information that an individual doesn’t want known into the public sphere, even if such info is easily obtainable elsewhere. It’s basic netiquette, and it’s a rule I don’t see any benefit in breaking.

And I presume that zip file includes Roissy’s post about him being in The Globe and Mail and the link to said article.

    Neither one does, strangely enough.

If that’s the case, then you will have violated your own rule.

The link in that post didn’t go to the article with Roissy’s name, it went to this one, which mentions the blog but not his name:

    http://www.theglobeandmail.com/life/article69638.ece

Roissy’s stupid, but he’s not THAT stupid.

    Chic:

PS. I like East Asian men A LOT, WHISKEY SCREW YOUR TESTORONE THEORY CRAP.

Not to get involved in the argument here, but one exception does not disprove a trend.

YOU may like Asian men, but you alone can’t disprove a theory about black women in general.

I don’t know why I didn’t think of this earlier, but you (people, hat tip, Chic) who are interested in Roissy’s writing may wish to bookmark the Internet Archive for Roissy’s site:

    http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://roissy.wordpress.com

It doesn’t appear to have 2009 up, but has older pages.

Also, what is to become of the band “Heavy Sack” now that Roissy is MIA and Roosh is out of the country?!

  29. Sparks123 says:

It brings further exposure to past blog posts that he would now rather not have people see. It’s obviously not on the same scale as posting someone’s address, but it is a potential source of embarrassment.

Roissy’s stupid, but he’s not THAT stupid.

Ah, it’s been so long that I had merged the articles in my head. My mistake. It’s quite amazing that the article I was referring to was written in October 2008 and yet it takes almost 14 months for this whole thing to blow up.

  30. The most disheartening thing about women is understanding them.

While learning about women has essentially made them pointless for the purposes of a sexual relationship, I still talk to Athena and the other women in my life because they’re still a steady source of hugs, attention, and baked goods.

  31. Buckminster says:

The second archive is better, Ferd. The links in the first one all still point to the live URL, which if the link is dead (or will soon be), it’s useless. The second archive has inherited links that will work correctly if the site goes down.

Just to throw in my two cents: as someone who’s been part of online communities for quite some time, rule number one is to never feed the trolls. I understand the desire to really stick it to someone publicly, but when Roissy called out LR, it just fed the fire. The only way to really put out a good fire is to starve it of oxygen. This is a common problem I see around the “Roissysphere”. Trolls are often the subjects of blog posts, called out and argued with.

With all that said, if he is indeed finished, who will fill the void left by Roissy?

  32. lynch says:

Indeed, Buck. I didn’t realize it until a couple hours ago that mine had live links. Looks great… for now. Some DNS / hosts file magic could fix the problem, but in the end, its the content, not the presentation. wget fail.

  33. Mike T says:

The most disheartening thing about women is understanding them.

The nearly Nietzschean behavior associated with Game between men and women is enough to make me second guess my abandonment of Calvinism especially on the two Calvinist doctrines of “total depravity” and “limited atonement.” That behavior in men which makes the gina tingle tends to make Satan smile.

  34. InternetWood says:

I’d like to make the obvious observation that Roissy’s behavior is most likely the result of his employer, or a pack of lawyers, with a gun pointed at his head.

Lady Rain would just be a crazy bitch without the Elite empowering her.

That goes for you to MQ.

Oh, and Whiskey, does this contempt for young women smart enough to avoid a mamma’s boy(cause they will NEVER be first with you), also extend to your mamma?

  35. TAllagash says:

“you will be judged by your moment of adversity.” I’ll only be a bit disappointed if he doesn’t right the ship and continue sailing. he should count himself blessed he went this long without being outed. i was pretty much paranoid about my earlier blogs, and still suffered outing. he did it to himself by putting the kind of info out he did in the interview. as for all the hate, well, vitriol comes back around when u put it out. i do hope, that any polarizing figure such as he can continue offering a sounding board for discussion/discourse.

  36. InternetWood says:

Tallagash, I thought about your point, you know, that saying mean things about someone was the same thing as trying to get someone fired from their job. And you know what, after considering that question from, you know, every angle, I decided that, you know, that’s a pretty stupid thing to say.

  37. Tarl says:

Roissy’s behavior is most likely the result of his employer, or a pack of lawyers, with a gun pointed at his head

If my employer or a pack of lawyers had a gun to my head, I would pull the plug on the whole thing, not selected portions of it. I’d certainly have a lawyer advising me, and it’s hard to imagine he’d tell me to keep any of it.

  38. whiskey says:

Contempt for young women? I’d hardly call Lady Raine young.

No, what I object to is the unwillingness of women (young and old) to allow men to say what they think, instead of mouthing the PC platitudes and dogma that women have decided forms their religion.

LR’s actions are in sync with that of most women (today): shut down men saying anything outside their orthodoxy, which is centered around self-serving justifications for their own lust.

As a practical matter, women who have had lots of bad-boy booty calls end up as single mothers, indeed women are now choosing that route. This creates a generation of White guys who will predictably act as Black thugs. Since I live here and can’t nip off to Zurich, yeah that concerns me. I’d rather see them married to some boring beta guy than raising the next batch of meth-dealing bikers.

  39. Internetwood says:

So we have your alternate theory of some women said some mean things about him, and hurt his feelings SSSSSSSOOOOOOOOO bad that he just had to stop posting with no explanation.

You know what, I like my explanation better.

You know what you, Tarl, and all the other Americans mistake is?

You think that your dumbass arguments are actually ‘smart’. They don’t work outside of an environment where people are fired for being meanies and the police are super-violent against ‘law-breakers’ or people those in charge don’t like, or people they don’t like.

As soon as the system crashes, you will be INCAPABLE of dealing with an environment which isn’t completely, and totally, artificial.

  40. whiskey says:

It also is not “the elite” that empowers Lady Raine but millions of ordinary women. You don’t get that kind of power unless you have demographic oomph at your disposal.

  41. Tarl says:

In point of fact, Internetwood, I have offered no explanation whatsoever for Roissy’s behavior. Your explanation falls flat on its face now that he’s back. Now who thinks he’s ever so smart, eh?

And they aren’t up front about “not knowing what happened” either. That ink cloud only gets squirted when they get called on their nonsense.

Hm, I must have missed this one.

I take a stroll away from the blog-o-sphere for a spell and look at what happens. Lucky I decided to give Ferdinand a nostalgic look-over tonight.

As a vector through which cultural changes opens and penitrates a waiting public’s moist and tender hearts, the Internet is without par.

As a collective cultural memory of humanity, the Internet, and computerized data systems in general, are notoriously prone to amnesia.

This is both a curse and an opportunity.

  46. Internetwood says:

    Tarl:

I don’t have to have an explanation of my own to know that your explanation is stupid.

In theory, yes. In the real world it normally means you don’t know what is going on. Yes, yes, the elite have the blind-masters doing their dance of “true knowledge means knowing that you don’t know nothing”… but then again, Grasshopper, your kinda the point why they do that.

You don’t know nothing, and have convinced yourself that means you have “true knowledge”. I have a simpler alternative, zebra-boy, you are a donkey.

And the reason why you don’t know nothing, is because fear is the mind-killer.

I can’t think of any more pop references to squeeze into this post, so hasta la vista, baby.

  47. Days of Broken Arrows says:

I’m a former Roissy regular who quit his blog when the LR attention-whoring got out of hand (see his Beta of the Month roll for my “resignation”).

Anyway, I was with him from the beginning and I’ll say this: LR and company may have the mainstream media and elite on their side now, but someone above mentioned something like “things have a way of circulating forever on the Internet.”

Think about the effect of that in the future. Feminism as we know it has had 40 years to grow. The internet went mainstream about 15 years ago. Yet its influences is already enormous.

What will happen to future generations, when memes like the ones Roissy put forth become common knowledge…and inescapable? What will happen when the Internet gets more influential than the news media and “mainstream thought” in regard to feminism becomes non-mainstream? Will we continue to see a “sea change” in regard to how people view things? I say yes.

LR may have won this battle with Roissy, but I think she and her kind will ultimately lose the war.

With all due respect, only for those who persist in seeing reality as they think it should be, instead of accepting it on its own terms.

The more I understood women, really understood them, the less I was disheartened and the more I was simply joyfully, delightfully, amused.

    Your mileage, however, may vary.

The world is what it is, not as we wish it to be. My standards of good clash with more universal standards of good. The environment in which we find ourselves imposes certain generous limits.

Perdition awaits those mookish enough to disregard them.

Don’t be a mook, is the unsolicited advice of the day.

There is a fine line between standing for a principle, becoming a principle, and becoming a cartoon. The last option is for mooks.

So like, don’t be a mook.

There is a difference between aping Big man behavior, and simply becoming a man. Our culture may emasculate us. and it may condition us, men and women, into mutually incompatible infantile roles, but it is not destiny.

Unless you let it be. But as I wrote above.

    Don’t be a mook.

Not really but in my scientific experiment with the black chick I am with I see from the inside and proves my previous points. Black chicks are drawn to white men like white on rice. The chick wants my kid so bad that she is gonna divorce her black husband to raise it and not expect support from me. Black woman approaching me right and left. The thing is white men do not want black woman for long term otherwise there would be a shitload of those couples walking around. Black woman to me appear desperate to get some white genes and willing to throw away the black man to get them.
